Shipping, Return & Exchange

 

1. once your order is received it will take around 2-3 days to process it and 3-4 days to make the products as most of our products are Made to Order.
2. we give the products to our Delivery Partner within 6-9 days of order date.
3. It usually takes 10-15 days for the orders to reach your doorstep. But it can vary a lot.
4. A minimum Shipping Charge of Rs. 150 is levied on total cart value of Rs. 999 and above. This will be different for bulk orders.
5. We strictly do not accept return or exchange for any of our products unless its damaged or defected for which you have to mail us the unboxing video as a proof. So, we highly suggest you make a video for every product you receive from us.
6. We do not do refund in any case. If the product is found to be damaged or defected, then we will resend you the same product.
